New FLYBIKES LEVER

Here are some photos along with the details of our new brake Levers.
It’s very stiff it has the same construction procedure as the brakes. It is forged and CNC so there is less flex. We also machined the lever to save some weight and match the brakes that our out now. We decided not to use a threaded barrel. Doing this allowed us to make it very small. You can still use a gyro with this extra long casing adaptor, we will show you more on that later. They are using bigger diameter shims to prevent wobble. Since their frames are going to come with removable brake mounts, they choose to make the lever removable using a hinge. With the hinge and the removable mounts you can take your brakes on and off as much as you want. You will not have to go though a huge process of taking grips off and removing bolts in your brake system that would cause you to reset the brakes every time. Production has started on the new levers so they will be available late April.
